Some good people, some interesting work, well paid, lots of grads to join with, learn some things, sometimes you get to leave early in the first year or so

Cons

Very long hours, overworked, short projects in Deals Strategy, lots of Due Diligence, lacks culture of caring for one another, not sustainable, all the managers are leaving

Great Teams Mostly exciting projects International Opportunities (i.e. MBAs, Secondments, PhD Leave)

Cons

S& looses its brand - becomes more and more PwC in terms of culture. To still distinguish themselves former Boozies transfer to work hard, work hard instead of work hard, play hard. Empty promises and lacking link between affiliates on international transfers
