      Pros

      High compensation. Very smart people, lots of research and projects materials to leverage.

      Cons

      I don’t feel like I own my voice on the projects. Culture is scary - only works for natural born consultants.

      Little work-life balance, long hours are the norm Limited diversity, especially in the Middle East - male Lebanese still dominate the firm despite recent D&I efforts No meaningful global network or capability, it's primarily a regional outfit
