The remote environment is not good for a first job out of undergrad

If you surround yourself with the right people, you will at least see a good amount of general positivity. Budget when traveling or doing other things does not feel overly restrictive, which is nice (you can travel with decent comfort)

Cons

Company had no interest in your learning, no consistent work, and remote environment will have you forgotten even if you have strong potential. Your manager also may have no idea of what you do on a regular basis so you have to be careful if you want to ensure they can actually help you develop
