1. Tier 1 Brand and Experience in the region (deal with CXOs) 2. Salary and benefits (known to pay well) 3. Run indepedently from Big 4 setup 4. Strong Alumni network (a lot of clients are ex-Booz / ex Strategy&)

Cons

1. "Up or Out" system (esp. in recent years) 2. Long-hours (around Partner schedules after hours, less mature clients) 3. Role variability (can be stuck with one client for a long time) 4. Lotus notes (emails dont work half the time, hope it changed by now)
