Pwc is investing a lot of money In the firm. It is a question of time until the company be considered into the elite MBB! Long term clients Interaction with high level executives!

Cons

Still some integration problems. Also the company lost many clients due to conflict with auditing business. Lots of bureaucracy also!

Good culture, interesting clients, good pay, decent hours when compared to other similar professions like investment banking. Strong apprentiship culture

Cons

Travel is difficult as with all management consulting roles and prestige is not as high as MBB competitors. Hours are longer than lower tier firms e.g. big 4
