very good hourly rate, ability to specialize in a certain industry immediately

Cons

diluted strategy& brand, not pure former Booz & Co. people any more but now also consists of random mix of former Pwc management consultants resulting in inconsistent culture. PwC does not know how to provide on the job feedback no generalist track
