Strategy& is full of highly qualified and capable people who know how to work as a team and get along pretty well. Projects are mostly interesting and deal with helping important business owners or managers take some of the hardest decisions. Yo y play an important role since day one and all everymans member of the team is really nice and willing to help you to learn anything you need for the project. Summarizing, the have the best people in terms of business and social skills which turn the job a fun and exciting place to work.

The acquisition by PwC added bureaucracy. The PwC brand impact the Booz & Co reputation in the market. The Booz & Company culture is loosing power.

Pros

I am constantly challenged and working with high-profile clients on critical issues. Partners extremely available and, in my experience, invested in your professional growth. Everyone super smart and driven, but it's more collegial and collaborative than competitive. I've grown tremendously since I joined two years ago.

Cons

Being part of PwC can be challenging at times, and there are still cultural divisions to navigate. Legacy Booz & Company (where my allegiance lies) has higher standards, so you can sometimes run into talent inconsistency when staffing projects.
