Cons

Shattered culture after acquisition, senior partners stayed for the payout, juniors lost in the mix, positioning between pwc and strategy& not clear yet

Great team members and interactions, everyone has a voice at the table and is valued. Projects are strategic in nature and deal with real business problems across many different industries. Interaction with multiple C-Suite client executives who trust and action on our recommendations.

Cons

Internal processes are overly complicated at times, messaging from firm leadership is not always clear or effective on future plans. Not much mobility between competencies.
