Attractive high-profile projects, very talented and nice colleagues. Better opportunity to build own brand / be known for something vs. larger competitors

Cons

Sometimes extremely long working hours, variation among partners with respect to leadership skills, steong focus on due diligence assignments (pro, of course, if you like them!)

It still magically is some what reputable -- people often choose to work here over Deloitte S&O and OW but still - will never compete with MBB

Cons

The firm is definitely not the same as it used to be -- they overhire, under-staff, and the culture is not the same. A bunch of partners are too cynical and don't create a culture.
