      Great people Very cool project work (Large transformation for A client, large transactions) Strong office culture in Amsterdam office, people ar every close to each other Very good L&D curriculum Good opportunities to work abroad Good pay + benefits

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be tough at times. Important to find the people you fit with within the network (There will be plenty) but requires a bit f time

      some cool people around, extra events like soccer cup, skiing weekend, internal conferences, great pay, big in ps, retail, fs

      Cons

      work life balance is not good. long working hours, including thursdays and fridays, competitive culture, overboarding feedback process slows down company for 2 months each year
