1) Meet some incredibly smart people. 2) Get responsibility on day 1. 3) Great training program and good pay. 4) PwC working flexibility (e.g. option to buy holiday, remote work capacity, etc.)

Cons

1) Can be quite British. 2) Some managers give associates simple tasks without offering opportunities to develop/showcase themselves.
