      Market leading compensation, pockets of good strategy work

      Cons

      Intensive focus on cost reduction type projects, and increasingly PMO work for longer tenure projects. Some teams with a culture of grinding staff away due leadership issues.

      - Diverse & friendly team - interesting projects - good range of clients - good salary - many learning opportunities and senior leadership genuinely cares about development & career progression - social - good food in the canteen

      Cons

      - sometimes long hours - projects can be very demanding but everyone is happy to help/support you, so usually ok as long as you ask for help
