- Highly supportive development culture - Strong work-life balance considerations for M&A consulting, particularly for junior employees (more control but also more out of hours client exposure at senior grades) - Interesting work for interesting clients, longstanding PE relationships

Cons

- More work needs to be done on DEI, improving gender balance but more could be done in other areas - Team has been growing quickly over last few years and cohesion shifted from business-wide to more sector/grade/team. Natural but means you no longer know everyone
