      - Reputable firm with strong history - Good culture focusing more on people's development - Talented set of people and expertise - Solving interesting problems, collab with PwC brings some incredible opportunities

      - Merging into PwC accounting ways of working i.e., rather than growing the overall pie, the discussion became which part of the pie is my KPI - Merging into PwC compensation scheme, losing competitiveness with MBBs and others - The loss of Booz brand is still present to this day, Strategy& brand can also be freely used by PwC without involving Strategy& expertise creating brand dilution in the market
