Terrible culture with no mentorship and unrealistic expectations

Salary is in line with MBB / has prestige for other roles Partners are nice overall, but you rarely deal with them except for mainly project read out reviews and the one-off coffee chats
Cons
Managers/Senior Managers/Directors have extremely unrealistic expectations, and I have heard many stories of recent grads being quickly counseled out. Mainly staffed on due diligence projects that require as much Excel knowledge as investment banking to be able to perform well in creating cost baselines. Often passed up for interesting projects to Associates or the AC team in India because their project rates are cheaper. If you have another offer from another consulting firm, I strongly suggest you speak with employees to learn more rather than chase the brand name.
