Pros

Great benefits, wonderful stock options, fair compensation (for particular high volume stores) Great culture and Community

Cons

No work life balance. If a partner called out then it was known that the store manager had to fill in. This created overworked, stressed out, burned out management. This then created negativity within the workplace. There were also promises of promotions that never came to reality.

Pros

Benefits, 401k, stock options, great learning experience.

Cons

It’s a facade, dishonest, unrealistic expectations, challenging partner experiences, high turnover, everything you say is under a microscope, all inclusive company is not that inclusive. Mob mentality. ☠️☠️
