Pros

Health benefits at Starbucks are relatively generous. Many stores are willing to be flexible with scheduling for other obligations,e.g., home, school, etc.

Cons

Despite Starbucks' reputation its relationship with its "partners" is not as congenial as one might expect. This is due in part to the inconsistent application of fraternization rules. This, in turn often, leads to inconsistent standards of discipline.
