Pros

learn new things, promotions, rewarding, sick pay, 2 personal days, vacation pay, benefits such as medical, dental and vision, transportation pre-tax on pay check, free drinks on break time, perks on cell phone bills, and etc.

Cons

overwork, manager doesn't come to work on time, Starbucks need to stop hiring externals as Store Manager, manager doesn't support the help on the floor most of the time.

Management and supervisors are changed quite often. Not alot of consistency in management.
