Pros

Free coffee during your shift and a pound of free coffee every week. Good work experience to have and good training program for new employees.

Cons

Only got paid 7.35 an hour. I was told I would get a mandatory raise but never did. I only worked part time so even with split tips, I only got 2 dollars a week.

Pros

Flexible shifts. Fair advancement for educated people that can present themselves.

Cons

Customers can be very condescending. That's not really Starbucks fault that some people act so entitled nowadays, but it can be stressful.
