Pros

a lot of rotations, colleagues can be quite interesting, good training for IGs.

Cons

After your deployment, everything sucks. even have a "salary incremental cap" for IGs. If u get deployed in client coverage team, you can meet a lot of stupid guys... and the worst is, the company is always changing, always. no one really knows where the bank will go. management is totally a mess. no life if you work in scb.
