Pros

good culture and work life balance

Cons

Zero talent management. Staff languish at VP level with no opportunity for progression. Internal vacancies tend to go to the hundreds of staff that are at risk of redundancy so others do not get an opportunity to progress or change roles.

Pros

Location, amount of holidays, flexible working hours in some teams but no all.

Cons

Long hours, poor management, lack of efficiency, everybody seems to wok in silos, staff tend to feel negative about the bank's overall culture. You won't get any help from anyone, it is either you swim or you drown, very limited induction on when I first started.

Pros

Friendly company, generally wants to do the right thing. Lots of holidays, is a fairly relaxed place to work.

Cons

Is a very complicated institution that does not move as quickly as it could. Not using its clients as well as it could.
