      Take the money, ignore the politics

      Pros

      Excellent salary. You will find good people amongst the politicians.

      Cons

      The most political company you will ever join. Culture of intimidation to get results. Do not view this place as a career. Lots of internal arguments and immaturity. Generally I see people stay for 1 or 2 years and then move on. Very old technology infrastructure and no CMDB or Hotlines. Pretty insane in such a large organisation.

      Pros

      Colleagues are generally friendly. It is a good multi culture work place.

      Cons

      1) Mangers who want to hire are reluctant to give internal candidates a chance (even for high performance). They prefer to hire externally. 2) Reward people who are loud and rude to anyone who is of lower rank to them 3) Senior managers only care how they present themselves in front of the big boss and not their own staff. 4) Tick box control culture, not focus on real risk items.

      Very less pay. Outdated applications. Lots of manual work involved. No much scope for career growth. Feed backs not taken positively.
