Pros

People are friendly. Somewhat flexible but depends on your role - for most, it’s available - but otherwise its quite the opposite of flexibile

Cons

Best to stay for 3 years take in experience as much as possible than leave. No development or career path. You’ll be handeling things that are not within your role or scope - you’ll find a lot operational, dull work added to your bandwidth which won’t help you grow or enable you to move to a higher role somewhere else. Capacity issues, certain departments overworked where as others are free. Hierarchy exists.
