Pros

Many roles and aspects to explore

Cons

Overall management culture can be fairly toxic. More focus on showing, rather than actually doing the work and delivering results

Pros

Medical benefits are sort of good

Cons

Toxic environment that varies from department to department. Don't expect your hard work to be rewarded - the only way is to suck up to boomers that are entrenched within the company for years and are stuck in the old ways.

Pros

- Decent Salary (equivalent to what you'd get at the same Tier 2 banks) - Average Healthcare (Basic package in Singapore and not with a great insurer either) - Hybrid Work

Cons

- Given the role was for a "Digital Product Owner" you're more or less bundled with other people in Technology who aren't business facing but more so focused on delivery - Heavy dependence on off-shore teams
