      Great franchise and client base. Diversity of employees. Some good products and people. International graduate scheme. Compensation and benfits.

      Cons

      Moves too slowly on product, IT, systems and process. Byzantine in fact. Too much duplication of roles/work. Old boys/school tie/personal network and cliques prevalent and progressing. Undergoing massive change creating navel gazing. May be throwing the baby out with the bath water. What will happen once Mike Rees has gone?
