Independence, good work environment. I worked with a wonderful team very intelligent and approachable, gave me an opportunity to review different industries and companies operations. A very satisfying experience to be part of such global and professional bank.

Cons

The internal systems needed improvement in terms of process time taken etc.

very International given the network Great pontential given network and investment capacity

Cons

between management and employee there is lack of transparency and good and honest communication Too complext organization to get thinks done luck of trust managed on fear wather then inclusion Career advance only if you are part of "The Club" no traspanrency No meritrocracy
