      Overall a good bank. The TB business lags far behind

      Pros

      Great reputation in our main markets. Strong overall WB management. Very sound and conservative financially.

      Cons

      TB business has massive opportunity but lags far behind. Underinvestment in the business is shocking. TB management has little depth or experience in banking in general. Many are not the right folks to lead the bank to new heights. Promotions and general roles have little to do with merit and more to do with whom you know.

      Pros

      Big and diversified offers good opportunities for mobility and growth. Growth and development it is not encouraged. The location it's very good and the new building in London offers a range of modern and functional facilities.

      Cons

      Highly focused in emerging markets, it does not offer a great number of mobility opportunities within Europe. Middle management lacks proper training, mostly related to people management and leadership, which generates unnecessary problems. Salaries and perks are not fantastic.
