Pros
SCB has a diversified work force, which provides good international experience The Management has the stated goal of ensuring work-life balance and has taken some steps in this direction over the years - however more needs to be done, at least in India (like work-from-home is still not encouraged even though all the technology required for it has been implemented) The Bank is a decently good paymaster, which is not industry leading but still competitive
Cons
Does not reward loyalty, in fact some new hires are paid much higher than comparable peers within the bank Has become very political and bureaucratic over the years
