Pros

Good work life balance, good share of challenges for the junior-mid level guys, if you find yourself in the good books of bosses it's a highway!

Cons

Some businesses really have a boss dominat culture and it becomes difficult when certain blue eyed boys take the cake, leaving others neglected. More often than not it happens because of a mass influx of bankers frrom other banks.

Pros

people are willing to help if you ask questions, lots of opportunity to learn the inside workings of a bank, great exposure in a non-pressure environment. good work-life balance for the employees.

Cons

some times favoritism is employed and can affect other employees negatively - depends entirely on an individual boss. not much else to say.
