      Adoption of flexible working arrangements. Staff can choose to WFH or WFO and agree with their boss.

      Cons

      Culture - the global team is predominantly made up of South Asians. Most are quick to show their “work” and verbalize in front of bosses. Every time there’s a reorganization- there’s a review of ‘redundant’ roles and also mass hiring in other departments only to result in mass retrenchment subsequently

      Pros

      - Great work life balance, office is mostly empty by the evening time - Pay, benefits and leave days one of the best even when compared within banking industry, 25 leave days, with 2 days family care leave and 3 days volunteering leave for any charity of your choice. - People are generally open minded due to the international profile of colleagues - Access to the latest software, analytics, equipment to do your best work as the company continues to invest in these areas - Performance reviews are taken seriously and managers don't miss out on having these conversations with you

      Cons

      - It's good for those who are okay with their work not being highly visible, have the "wow" factor, or particularly meaningful to society since this is the banking industry. - Singaporeans are a minority here - Almost no increments and slow career progression
