Pros

I left the firm a few years ago. But I still miss their flexi working arrangements. Unlike my current place, I hardly get to wfh. And even if I do. I would be micromanaged and I have to log an entry into our system to inform HR & LM I wfh....

Cons

Salary can always be higher. The spread in a single band is so wide. I feel like I was short changed.

Pros

The option to work from home two days a week offers some flexibility.

Cons

Overtime is often expected, yet management refuses to provide overtime pay. There appears to be little to no structured promotion pathway, making career growth uncertain. Compensation is below market levels, which can make it difficult for employees to feel adequately recognized for their contributions.
