FLEXY WORKING

Recommend

Pros

WFH based on teams. Some can wfh 4days perweek, some can 3days wfh perweek. Increment and bonus based on KPI by team manager point. Flexi on WFH/WIO. Not favour on seniority,if you good, you can climb the ladder faster.

Cons

Have to work until late night since they give u loads of work as they knw, u can do work at home if can't settle at office. Biased based on race/gender/favouritism. No overtime for working extra hour. Sometimes didn't get bonus (clarify this with your manager), only focus on new joiner instead of give benefit to former/current staff.

Pros

Nothing much to say except that the salary is good enough

Cons

Very bad management team. Be it direct manager or overall manager. Do not expect fair bonus payouts. Only those doted on by managers have better chances of progressing. Expect to stay in office to show that you are not lazy even though your work is done. Managers will close 1 eye if a long service staff makes mistakes or are not up to date with IT/technology. Do not expect managers to know about HR things. They simply do not bother to read and will call you back to work even though you are entitled for a week of COMPASSIONATE LEAVE.

Would avoid for now

Pros

Decent medical benefits, wfh policy

Cons

Too many “transformational” projects year after year. They are cleaning up (read: cutting headcounts) now because someone promised to meet some high target cost save. So I would avoid joining for now til they clean all their dirt out (esp top and mgmt who needs to really go)
