No Work-life balance: The company and the leadership needs their people to work at a stretch for 6 days of a week, keeping aside their health and personal/family life.
No Empathy: Irrespective of whether you're sick or critically ill, you have to give output. If a female employee is working the company doesn't care and expects her to work for 15 hours ignoring her safety of going back home at the middle of the night.
Lack of Professionalism: Not a single person including the owners are professional here, they believe in the master-slave theory.
Deceptive Payout: They show one salary on papers and give a different salary with God knows what deduction. They anyways do not reimburse the fuel cost or travel expenses during site visit or the phone recharge cost and over that they deduct the salaries for no concrete explanation.
Absolutely Frivolous Parameters: They follow an extremely arrogantly designed points system. According to that, the employees have to clock in 400 points per day failing which they will lose their day's salary even if it is on borderline.
No Job Security: The company hires every Tom-Dick-Harry stepping into the office and then fires them without any reason. Plus, they do not pay their dues.
No Integrity: They believe in generating leads by giving false promises to the leads and sometimes lying to them. And once the lead has been converted and the time comes for the incentives, the company turns their backs against the employee who has given his/her heart, soul and hard earned money on them. They literally make the employee beg to get their own incentive they deserve.
