      Pros

      The core software is of extremely high quality, and is used by a majority of fortune 500 companies. The benefits were decent.

      Cons

      The company has alienated their customers and totally missed the move to the cloud. Their desire to protect their maintenance stream will cause significant attrition to their overall business. they do not treat employees well.
