      Phenomenal Talent Great Products Great M&A strategy for the most part

      Cons

      Exceptionally poorly managed Phenomenal talent is not motivated, nor treated in a manner that creates loyalty Great products are very disjointed M&A is also disjointed as far as assimilating the management of the new company to the best areas of the company with the most impact

      Pros

      Pay is reasonable and the products are pretty good. Some very capable people below the senior managers.

      Cons

      Terribly organised, too much infighting, lack of leadership both in the UK and EMEA, go to market strategy is confusing, the 'Digital Enterprise" play is already out dated. Recruiters talk about their revolving door and I have seen lots of good people leave over the past year.
