Great for progression as such a large organisation there is room to grow and move around the business. The support and tools are there if you want to advance your career.

Cons

Poor structure and no real vision, but this should hopefully change in the next year once the current structure changes take their time to settle.

I really haven't seen any good reason to work here. I was told several different things about my start date, position, orientation, schedule, that were constantly changed. I saw this as a red flag to working there. Unfortunately my concerns proved to be correct. Working for this company is like driving in the fog with your headlights off.

Cons

Hired as a cook in pineville, NC. It was a new account. We were given a prep list. Most of the food was not there. 4 hours to prepare 25 salads. Why didn't they go to the food warehouse and pick their stuff in advance. I have been in the field many years, I never seen such dis functional management. Thank God they don't run an airline.
