      You may get to meet decent people not in Sodexo though. Through the account

      Racists company primarily in New York blue chip accounts, you’ll encounter a lot of nepotism, unqualified managers made directors/ General managers due to who they’re related to - they fake documentations, things like pass employees hand washing when they should be disciplined, pending on your race you’re allowed to steal as long as you’re white.

      Cons

      Professional and monetary growth is almost nonexistent. Management doesn’t have your back and pacify you with answers they think you want to hear. Prefer to hire “Yes men” instead of people who ask the tough questions and think for themselves. Little respect towards their hourly employees who basically holds the company together. Make sure to research companies that you want to work with. If their morals and beliefs align wit yours, then that company is the right choice for you. Sodexo is not one of them.
