Prefer to hire “Yes men” instead of people who ask the tough questions and think for themselves. Little respect towards their hourly employees who basically holds the company together. Make sure to research companies that you want to work with. If their morals and beliefs align wit yours, then that company is the right choice for you. Sodexo is not one of them.
