Pros

Reimburse for licensure and credentialing. Tier-based reimbursement for continuing education. Allows for some remote work. Diverse workplace environment and exciting clinical experience pending type of facility where your contract is located.

Cons

No clinical career ladder. Very low salary cap. No bonus or increase in pay based on how many KPI's or projects you complete annually.

Pros

Good co workers to work with at first Cleaning is relatively easy to get the hang of

Cons

Every trainer trains differently, so there’s no consistency The management doesn’t care at all about their employees, which creates a toxic environment Half the cleaners suck at cleaning so the hospital looks terrible They have a rule where if you borrow money from a non Sodexo employee, it’s considered “soliciting” and you get written up The management plays favorites and also does what they tell their employees not to do Management is lazy and sets a bad example, so it makes the staff follow and makes them lazy as well They claim to have an open door policy, but they never follow up with anything if a concern is brought up, even if brought up multiple times I could go on!

Pros

Not a single thing at all.

Cons

Working in the Sodexo Engage MK office in the People Team was one of the most toxic experiences of my life. I am still working through the lasting damage this given me. Not unlike school yard bullying, underpaid, and despite this being evident from turnover and those fighting back, nothing changed.. Management emailing over the weekend and then expecting responses ASAP on a Monday despite being horribly understaffed and snowed under. Constantly being told all items are top priorities. It even got to the point that my colleague and I would have to work so late we would need to order in dinner because we wouldn't make it home in time. There is nothing funnier than filling in a time log and having to account for loo trips and tea rounds. The wider business being open with us about their thoughts with management in our team, and aware that the hostile feeling of the office had nothing to do with us and just management. The straw that broke the camels back was being signed off with stress, and not 24 hours later was being chased up about when I might return. Which I know went against policy at the time. Genuinly had to quit with no job to go to at the time. Absolute joke, please don't waste your time.
