Pros

Great geographical presence, good internal mobility People are nice. Good work life balance with very decent working hours. Global HQ so good insight in to the upper management. Fortune 500 firm.

Cons

Ok company, career growth is limited, compensation is not great. There is no vibe in the office which gives a feeling that the company is market leader in what it does and is always pushing itself to improve.

You can find a job wherever you move There are many training's if you are willing to put in the work The Company Bonus Policy has changed so all benefit You are a contractor There are many open careers to choose from

Cons

50 Hour Minimum Very rarely will you work only 50 hours as a manager Salary increase is now limited once you are in the company Most environments are not professional

Pros

Sodexo cares about the communities that it works in and the environment. Sodexo does their best to ensure that employee were able to keep a work life balance that works for singles and families. I worked for a Director that truly cared for his employees and tried to look out for our best interest even in an every change client environment.

Cons

I was stuck in a position with no advancement opportunities and needed to be able to increase my salary to cover increasing expenses
