Exactly what I needed at the time

Pros

It was a great first job that introduced me to working in a team and getting used to tasks being expected of me. There were numerous places on campus to work and they were very understanding of school related needs (such as having finals or tests).

Cons

It was hard to get hours if they felt they didn't need me and the pay was bare minimum.

Pros

good benefits, professional environment, quality is paramount to Sodexo. If you have talent, the upper managment sees it and cares enough to give you opportunities to improve and grow with the company.

Cons

I worked on the corporate services side --so we always had weekend and nights off, as well as holidays (which is unheard of in the foodservice industry). Not alot of opportunity for promotions as the market was not too big in this city.

Pros

The pros for working for Sodexo are that it is a well known established company with ok benefits and reasonable hours. The human resources department is very involved if there is any unsatisfied employee.

Cons

Cons would include that's general management does not really care about current employees and it takes very long for entry level positions to get a worthy raise.
