      100% remote, unlimited PTO, HSA matching contributions, bonuses and rewards, flexible hours, great teams

      Cons

      This is not applicable for me. Simplus might give you opportunities to learn and grow and make you a great teamplayer. If you're not independent or confident enough about what you can do, Simplus is not for you.

      Positive culture but don't fully disclose what's going on behind the curtain

      Pros

      Very positive corporate culture. Full of many talented individuals and management allows employees to shine in their roles. Benefits continue to improve over time.

      Cons

      Company vision tends to be myopic and focused on their largest practice. Though transparency is claimed, they withhold information and plans that can be construed as negative.
