Pros

Simplus has a great company culture! The leadership is dedicated to the success of the company and the growth/ welfare of the employees. I feel as though the company has my back and in this time of turmoil having that feeling is very important. Ryan Westwood leads by example never asking Simplus's employees to do something he is unwilling to do. The leadership is approachable and make themselves available.

Cons

Working at Simplus is not for those just looking for a job. Building and maintaining careers happen here and if you're not eager to learn and grow Simplus is not for you.

Great place t o work, when there's work to do

Pros

100% remote work, competitive pay, great corporate culture

Cons

the workload is not steady. I am not able to generate my own work/opportunities. I'm oftentimes sitting with nothing to do because other depts like sales or management - that I rely on to generate work for my pipeline - have not done so. This leaves me concerned for my job security at times.

Pros

"Our people" - we have a consistent and intense focus on the well-being and celebration of every employee. Company meetings always start with applauding the contributions of individuals and teams - company performance numbers are at the end and are transparent. Appropriate levels of fun are built in to our primarily remote culture (who else does global Bob Ross nights via Zoom with an art instructor?). Our work is critical to the success of our clients and our attention to detail is omnipresent. Consulting is serious business and we treat it as such. Although we are a remote culture, we don't work in isolation (far from it). We swarm problems and questions posted on Slack. It's not unusual to have an answer to a perplexing problem from somewhere in the globe within 5 minutes. At the same time, we splash an appropriate amount of fun into the week. The postings in the "Random" Slack channel, the themed remote company meetings ("dress like your boss"), the Zoom background contests - all are are designed to keep us collaborating, laughing and supporting each other. You'll fit perfectly here if you take your work seriously but you epitomize altruism. If you want to expand our commitment to each other, to our clients, and to our communities, come join us.

Cons

Can't think of a single one. We had multiple acquisitions in a 12 month period and then were acquired ourselves. Change can be disruptive but this leadership team has done an exceptional job navigating the path forward.
