      Good team which you can learn Salesforce from

      Cons

      Far too many managers. Of the 70 people in Australia over 25% of them are Managing Directors, Deputy Directors, Delivery Directors, Sales Execs, the list goes on and on. Despite all this overhead and lots of talk around new products and services the reality is the company hasn't grown at and shrinking its consulting base. Management believe their own BS and causes a very unhealthy place to work.

      Fantastic pool of talented and committed people; Great transparency from management; A strong "can do" attitude from just about everyone in the company; Operates as an entrepreneurial company with larger global reach.

      Cons

      We are still growing and don't have class-leading capabilities in all segments of Salesforce -- yet.
