- Leadership team and culture that recognizes importance of balance in life and values personal & family time - Amazing colleagues to work with and learn from - Unbeatable culture that is fun and rewarding as well as being open and welcoming - Super transparent leadership team - Opportunity to learn and grow as well as being rewarded for that at the same time

Cons

The company is growing at a super fast rate which can be difficult for some to keep up with although the people you work with and support that you get make this a really good opportunity for personal growth.

This company appears to be growing at breakneck speed, adding employees by the numbers. I'm sure they have some hits in terms of staffing projects but they also have some serious misses. If you happen to land in a "miss", it is brutal. The project I joined was led by an incompetent SA and all junior consultants. It was shocking when compared with the teams I have worked with in the past. Especially given that the SA was sold as "having worked with CPQ for years with a lot of knowledge, expertise, and delivery experience". Unfortunately, his knowledge was narrow, limited and outdated. He should never have been staffed in that role. Also, the onboarding process is disorganized and you have no idea what is coming. Internal IT support is a joke and HR is slow to respond. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
