      Pros

      Simplus has a very strong culture. The leadership does a great job of communicating frequently and being transparent about where the company is at.

      Cons

      Very fast growth created some challenges, which is to be expected.

      Pros

      They're a good company that treats their people well. There are a lot of professional learning opportunities available here to help someone grow in the Salesforce ecosystem.

      Cons

      They were recently acquired by a much larger company, Infosys, and it has changed the overall culture from that of a startup to more of the large corporate type.

      *Autonomy is a key thing in my role, I am trusted by my peers and management to deliver without any interference. * The biggest pro for me is the culture that has got Simplus to this point remains in tact and it is the next part of the journey, which is what my new colleagues are excited about. *There is still a startup feel with links to larger projects which is something I am looking for on variety of workload.

      * We are still a growing company and keep the message clear as you do.
