People I had worked with over the years

Cons

The business has no direction. It seems like they are making things up as they go along. The Senior leadership and all the support functions have moved to Ireland and it feels like they only care about Dublin. The Operations, HR, recruitment was great at Sia previously and now we have no idea who they are and they are mostly unhelpful anyway. We need to see more of them. Recruitment is not diverse and doesn't represent the London demographics, understandably because the recruiters are all based in Dublin. There is hardly anyone in the office, the morale is all time low. No interesting projects and people are leaving.

Pros

Very approachable senior management, interesting projects, dynamic staff, great culture, flat hierarchy. CEO invests a lot in employee engagement. A LOT of opportunities to move in between offices which provides unique opportunity not offered by many other companies.

Cons

Work can be stressful as the consultant will be asked to do several tasks beyond project delivery such as business development, trainings, external events. It is however a very great opportunity to develop transferrable skills.
