Pros

None remain. Strong positioning with acquisitions but that capital only ends up lining the C-suite pockets; you will not see any investment towards existing operational efficiency or rewards/compensation.

Cons

Disengaged, lackluster roster of partners in almost every business unit. No clear focus on any operational objectives. Steadily watched the quality of the company decline and contracts shrink over the course of ~5 years. Absolutely zero charisma exhibited by the partners.

Pros

On rare occasions you will get a decent project. Very helpful and collaborative colleagues, I have met some very good friends during my time here.

Cons

- No support whatsoever from the upper management when you are on a project, they do not care and also do not have the expertise or competency to help you -The one thing that stops Sia SG expanding its business or to be taken seriously by the industry is the local partner. Clients literally come to consultants on projects to complain about him and overtime clients will drop the contract simply because they do not want to work with him anymore! -Any local BD effort will be ruined by local partner as he will jump in during client engagement and say or do something that completely damages the relationship. It is embarrassing. -Unethical and sometimes borderline illegal practices, no consideration of labour law, quality of work, employee health and only focuses on short term financial gain
