      Great team, locally mismanaged

      Pros

      Good camaraderie among team members, small company feel which makes sinking your teeth into projects easier, the entire company is sent away to great destinations for the annual seminar

      Cons

      Poor development path, local management does not set career direction; morale of staff is an all time low; employee churn since 2015 is 88%!

      There's some great talent there.

      Cons

      Unnecessary long hours are required and the basics don't get done. Employees are always asked for their advice on improving home functions, while it's never implemented. The don't think high turnover is an operational problem.
