      Pros

      Flexibility, growth, autonomy and minimal constraints. The local management team is pretty good and the people are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      CEO is disaster. He has serious issues regarding treatment of women, is not very tolerant regarding cultural diversity and doesn't entertain outside ideas. If it's not his concept then it's not worth considering.

      Pros

      Strong consultant profiles focused on quality and developing SME/Consulting expertise. Opportunities to grow in a positive, challenging and entrepreneurial environment. Client among top tier 1/2 banks. Support from top management. Good work life balance, team spirit and ambiance.

      Cons

      Although the brand is very strong in Europe, Asia is brand new.

      You get responsibility quickly; great opportunities to grow internally; smart, young and fun colleagues; great team building activities; good work-life balance; You learn a lot as a young professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.

      Cons

      Match between consultants and projects content could be better (side effect of very pramatic approach on staffing); Coaching and career planning of youngest / most junior consultants by senior management could improve.
